Keith Anderson has spent more than 20 years on the battlefields of the Great Technical Communication Wars. He has served with some honor in many industrial fronts including telecommunication, retail, healthcare, banking, and IT consulting. He has also negotiated peace between engineers, developers, and writers, but nothing lasts forever. Like a Swiss Army knife, Keith has a plethora of general skills, but makes a terrible screwdriver. One area he specializes in is content development within organizational systems. He’s helped develop many multi-channel adaptive content projects, minimizing the collateral damage of caused by pointless drivel.
Keith is also a co-founder and co-chair of The Big Design Conference, an annual diplomatic convention for user-experience-related practitioners representing design, content, usability, accessibility, gaming, film, animation, and so much more.
Currently living in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and two daughters, he is a staunch critic of organizational rhetoric which invokes euphemisms and metaphors of military and violence.
