Lara Becker is an Information Architect / UX Designer at Verizon helping teams to create usable mission critical applications. Some milestone projects include VZTime which will save Verizon $37 million over 5 years, DevOps Dashboard which provides Verizon insight and transparency into the health DevOps maturity of company wide applications. Other notable activities include usability testing for Verizon Careers, Interview App and At Your Service portals and graphic assets for Verizon’s HR portal and AutoCAD maps for Verizon’s Wayfinding Application.
Lara has held successful roles in information architecture, information management, user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, low-fidelity/high-fidelity wireframes & prototypes using Axure, design patterns, web design, and graphic design. She is a co-founder of the Big Design Conference.
