About Ashley Eaton
Session: Lessons from DELL's Design Library: Getting 7 Million Pages on the Same Page.
Ashley is the Digital Librarian for Dell’s Design Library, serving a global audience of internal and external designers and content producers working on Dell.com, the world’s second-largest ecommerce website.
After previous adventures in mathematics, English literature, and finance, she turned her attention to Library and Information Science, focusing on the promotion of information accessibility and management of digital assets. Her responsibilities at Dell include controlling the intake of documentation to the library, codifying library assets and metadata, ensuring completeness and consistency throughout documentation, and working to make the library a more efficient and user-friendly resource.
