About Bill Harrison
Session: Lessons from DELL's Design Library: Getting 7 Million Pages on the Same Page.
Bill is a User Experience Architect for Dell, Inc., with an affinity for design and content. He has created and maintained design libraries for two Fortune 200 companies - Dell and USAA (United Services Automobile Association) - and authored much of libraries' content and components, serving a wide audience of internal and external design teams.
Bill has designed high-traffic, mission-critical applications for both companies and, while at USAA, reviewed and provided oversight for 400 projects and applications within a three-year span. So far, Bill has spent more than a decade in the user-experience field, two decades in online and print journalism, and four decades scribbling, scratching and sketching in various art media.
