Get Ready! Tomorrow is a Big (D)esign Day!
Wow! The Big (D)esign Conference is tomorrow! We’re working hard to ensure that this is the best, most interesting, most enjoyable one-day User Experience conference around.
Here are some details that might prove helpful to you on Saturday:
Directions
The conference is taking place at the Hughes-Trigg Student Center at Southern Methodist University. You can see the Google map here and see the directions on SMU’s website here.
You should also check out this map marked with the Student Center and parking garages.
Parking
Your attendance fee includes parking at the Moody or Airline parking garage (your choice). Volunteers will be handing our parking passes at the entrance of these two garages. For garage locations, please see the map above that I just said you should check out.

Breakfast
Starting around 8:30, be sure to grab some pastries and coffee. You’ll want to be awake when Norm Cox takes the stage in the Theater. One note, though: food and beverages are allowed everywhere except in the theater, so eat and drink before you go sit down.
Lunch
Box lunches, including a vegetarian option, will be provided to all conference attendees at noon. Pizza, including a vegetarian option, will be provided to FreeStyle attendees.
