Announcing the 2018 Keynote Speakers

We are happy to announce our amazing lineup of keynote speakers for the 2018 Conference.

Friday AM: Kim Goodwin

Kim Goodwin is the author of the bestselling book, Designing for the Digital Age. Kim is currently consulting for clients in varied industries including aviation, consumer electronics, and retail. She spent most of the last decade as Vice-President, Design and General Manager at Cooper, leading an integrated practice of interaction, visual, and industrial designers and the development of the acclaimed Cooper U design curriculum.

Friday PM: Jorge Arango

Jorge is a strategic designer and information architect, partnering with design and product leaders to create value for their organizations and society.

Besides having his own design practice, he also teaches (adjunct professor at the California College of the Arts), writes (co-author of “Information Architecture: for the Web and Beyond” and author of the upcoming “Living in Information”), and speaks at global UX conferences.

 

Saturday AM: Cassini Nazir

Cassini Nazir is a Clinical Associate Professor in the School of Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communication at The University of Texas at Dallas where he teaches classes in interaction design, web design and design principles. He is also Director of Design and Research for the ArtSciLab, a transdisciplinary research lab helping the arts, science, and technology communities by pursuing initiatives of societal urgency and cultural timeliness.

 

Saturday PM: Dan Szuc

Dan is a Principal Consultant at Apogee, as well as the co-founder of the UX Hong Kong conference. He has been involved in the UX field for over 18 years and has been based in Hong Kong for over 15 years.
