Video: Embrace the Chaos
Sarah Reid spoke on Tuesday, April 21 on Embrace the Chaos: Innovation and Product Success Depend on It, sponsored by Big Design, Dallas UXPA, and Dialexa.
This talk is about strategies and principles that help you overcome common obstacles that prevent you and your team from delivering your best work.
Many people are lulled into the false notion that a good plan will solve our pain points and prevent us from slipping into harm. Strategy keeps us from falling victim to being completely reactive and feeling out of control. However, if we plan everything, we lose out on the opportunity to embrace serendipity and spontaneity.
In this talk, you will learn strategies to balance the forces surrounding you and your teams so that you can guide your teams to increased success with your products and well being.
