Secrets of Service Design: A Practical Guide to Service Design Blueprints

During COVID-19, many industries experienced real-time service design. They had to transform almost overnight. Designers were called upon to help companies re-imagine internal processes, while keep their day job. Imagine what you could do with a practical blueprint for implementing service design blueprints quickly (and at scale).

In this talk, Lauren Parr will share with you her strategies for launching and supporting the service design practice at a large IT company. She will cover many topics including:

– How to sell service design at your company
– Building a remote workshop for your projects
– Ways to use different tools to optimize your blueprints
– What to do between sessions to get more done
– Building templates to speed up the delivery of projects

Lauren will share many stories. It is your chance to answer all your burning questions on service design from an expert in the field.
