Dear diary: a study in air travel experience to define product strategy
Translating customer insights to help influence an organization can be a challenge. This session will focus on how an airline is transforming the travel journey from the inside out. Through conducting a travel moments diary study, the organization was able to take a step back and see the broader challenges within their customer’s day of travel.
