What We’re Really Designing: Trust and Collaboration

As a community, design’s emphatic focus on getting the ‘seat at the table’ we deserve has come at the expense of knowing how to sit responsibly in it. This talk focuses on how to build and maintain the skills we need to design for trust, both within our teams, and the very products and services that our teams make.

Our time to do this is NOW; design has never been as needed, and as valued. Designing for trust allows us to lead the change that we now poised to make, and truly seize the opportunities we’ve created for ourselves.

This talk focuses on clear strategies, tactics, frameworks and approaches for creating design-trust, and leaves the audience with an elevated understanding of how to introduce design trust into their processes, work, teams and companies.
