With 20 years of digital experience expertise, AJ has been delivering digital products and experiences in pharma, telecommunications, and healthcare. At Humana, as head of mobile strategy, AJ’s efforts triggered demand for legacy systems and products to begin re-evaluating how, where and when the business could engage and support the customer.
Following this work, he took this mobile playbook and focus on user centered design to Verizon, where it drove new products and innovation for FiOS Entertainment, Conferencing & Communications, Software Defined Networking, and Healthcare solutions. At SimplyWell, A.J. led the product and technology teams through business & digital transformation, generating a positive EBITA allowing new ventures and acquisitions to occur. He now leads the Managed Creative Solutions consulting practice for RobertHalf, providing solutions and services in the digital and creative spaces.
