He believe design is a team sport, that diverse perspectives create stronger products and a better workplace. DeWayne is an innovative design leader with a track record of elevating clients such as Emerson, Kraft Foods, Wal-Mart, Disney, NFL and more. After many years of working with multiple organizations, he now takes on the exciting challenges at The Home Depot as UX Manager in the HR.
