Biography
Kris is an experienced user-experience researcher and information architect with 15 years in the field of UX . She began her UX career developing interface and interaction guidelines for a redesign of convenience store back office applications. Over the past ten years, Kris has lead numerous research efforts on a variety of travel industry solutions at Sabre. Her experience includes all phases of user research, from discovery research to formative and validation usability studies. She has talent for uncovering client needs and matching them with user research methodologies that bring meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. When she’s not learning a new participatory design method or in the usability lab, Kris can be found perusing her goal of visiting all the national parks in the U.S.
