Biography

Lena Quach is an ever-curious Experience Design Researcher at Capital One. She is passionate about helping teams translate insights into product strategies that intersect customer empathy with business needs. As a former product manager who has launched products at Intuit and Capital One, she is constantly finding new ways to bridge the gap between design frameworks and product development. Her passion is to help teams deeply understand the customer, create an iterative learning environment where teams are empowered to experiment and create products and services that works best for the customer and the business.
