Naomi Minnich has over 20 years of professional experience within the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience Research. Currently the Director of UX Research at Allstate Corporation, Naomi is an advocate for continuously finding efficiencies and opportunities to optimize knowledge and insight toward broad impact in organizations in addition to working with key partners to further a customer centric culture. Naomi has built 3 Human Factors/UX start up teams and held leadership positions in both client and supplier side environments some including Waddell & Reed (financial services firm), VML (Kansas City digital marketing agency), Ipsos (global market research company), and Cerner Corporation (healthcare IT firm). She has evaluated and contributed to omni channel Design experiences for Fortune 500’s throughout the US and globally. Naomi is a graduate of Indiana University with a MA in Information Science with a focus on Human Computer Interaction (HCI),and obtained her BA in English from Loyola University of Chicago.
