Noel Holmes, currently exploring next opportunities in UX/CX, was most recently Sr. Director Voice of Customer at Indeed. He is an energetic Customer Experience professional recognized for putting teams and practices in place that empower companies to design and deliver profitable, addictive experiences. He collaborates with and motivates teams across the organization to make sure solutions can be quickly released to solve real customer problems.
He has worked in the retail space, the technology sector, telecommunications, and has done lots of work in the travel industry starting with Travelocity where he designed one of the first digital solutions for people to search and book travel for both Web and mobile.
He has been a passionate advocate for User and Customer Experience (UX/CX) his entire career. His first job was writing user manuals for Apple products where he initially developed a love for listening to and understanding customers and defining cool, usable solutions.
Noel and his stunning and brilliant wife, Noel (yes, same name) are both native Texans. They’ve lived in Austin for the past 12 years.
