Sean Sullivan is a front-end designer at Simple Interact, which is a front desk automation company that assists healthcare providers. Recently, he graduated from UTD with a Marketing & Advertisting degree. Sean is pursuing a second degree in Interaction Design at UTD (expected graduation of May 2021). He has been a UX Designer Intern at Sabre for the past two summers, too.
Over the past 10 years, Sean has been actively involved in the design and accessibility communities in the Dallas area. He has volunteered every year at the Big Design Conference, which has included setting up the tradeshow, working the registration desk, talking with sponsors, handling AV equipment, and more. Sean actively supports accessibility communities because his Aunt Judy suffered from multiple sclerosis. He has financially supported Hurricane Katrina victims, given money to educate a foreign student in Honduras, and donated time to support accessibility events at Lake Grapevine.
Sean loves to code, exercise, watch basketball, read books, and more. On most evenings, he likes to binge-watch TV shows or listen to podcasts. He takes care of his pet cats, Junior, Buddy, and Max (who have one eye on Sean and the other eye on their food bowl).
