Tracey Kelly
Biography
Tracey Kelly is the Envisioning Lead with the Catalyst team at Microsoft. She has been leading the design thinking training through North America and Europe to help Microsoft move from a technology/product first approach into a customer-centric and empathy-driven business outcome approach. She leads design workshops and customer strategy in virtual sessions. Prior to Catalyst within Microsoft, Tracey ran the Denver, Los Angeles, and Irvine Microsoft Technology Innovation Center and managed multiple teams of designers, architects using physical and digital experiences to engage Microsoft customers in innovation.
Tracey is also on the board of the Women’s Technology Coalition. Tracey was also previously the UX director at Slalom Consulting and grew the team over 7 years. She has a long 20-year history of technology and design leadership to help Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation. She is passionate about learning, growth, and building up people for success. Tracey is publishing her first book called Design Thinking in Software ad AI Projects: Proving Ideas Through Rapid Prototyping (available for pre-order).
