Xuan Yeu

Xuan is the Co-founder and CEO of Hirekind, a social enterprise on a mission to create community between underrepresented tech talent and startups that are leading the way in inclusive tech culture. She has more than a decade of experience in research and design, bringing an empathetic curiosity to her social entrepreneurial projects. Xuan is an inclusion advocate through the Medium publication, On Inclusion.

Xuan is working towards elevating 2 million tech careers for women and people of color by 2020. She seeks to cultivate and source top women and under-represented technical talent for tech companies with great cultures. Hirekind is on a mission to bridge the gap between diverse tech talent looking for work and the companies seeking to diversify their engineering and product teams. They have monthly pitch and mock-interview events so candidates can sharpen their skills with telling their unique story, behavioral interviews, data challenges, portfolio reviews, and white-boarding sessions.
